Pacific Labs is developing AI models and automated experimental systems for new molecules, materials, and the processes used to make them. We’re building a learning loop between scientific reasoning and physical experimentation, so each result can inform the next question, experiment, or design. The aim is to understand both what works and how to make it reliably.
Our manufacturing capabilities give that research a path to products we can produce ourselves at scale. Production requirements belong in the research from the beginning: a material’s performance, the conditions needed to make it, and the consistency of the result all matter. Over time, we want what we learn in production to guide the next round of discovery.

Our models learn from physical experiments to optimize composition, structure, and processing together, searching for high-performance alloys and advanced materials with the properties demanding applications require.

Experimental results guide our search across molecular and formulation space, helping us develop industrial surface coatings, high-performance specialty chemicals, and other functional formulations with the intended behavior.
What should the process do next?
Production data reveals how a process evolves over time, allowing operating decisions to be refined as it unfolds for greater reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
